FD Capital Recruitment are a specialist FD and CFO recruitment and network, we have an active team of Fianace Directors available some for an immediate start, plus a large candidate database of people we have met and dealt with before. Our main office is in Great Portland Street London, with a satellite office in Shropshire that covers the Midlands. Trading since 2018 we have grown steadily and now have a near national coverage.

Formed in 2018 FD Capital Recruitment was founded with the objective of becoming a leading provider of Part-Time Finance Directors, our idea being to bring the skills and experience that finance directors have gained in larger corporates and plc’s and make them available to SME’s on fractional time basis. We have grown and grown and had our busiest year so far in 2020 with some of our team working six days per week.

We operate across the London and south east and West Midlands areas, our ambition is to grow the business to a national operation. Our team is made up of finance professional and experienced recruiters who between them have an extensive network of FD’s and CEO with a strong database of companies we have connections within.

We offer a comprehensive range of services:-

Part time FD Recruitment – We can help your business recruit the perfect FD. Just over 55% of our roles are part-time at present, this is the main thrust of our work at present at was 100% of what we did when we started out back in 2018.

Full time FD Recruitment – Get a dedicated FD for your business, around 30% of our roles are full-time traditional FD ones. We have a large candidate base from previous vacancies and opportunities and from time to time things change and our Part-Time FD’s and CFO’s sometimes want to go back full-time.

Interim FD Recruitment – Temporary staff to cover whilst your recruitment a permanent replacement, this is a growing area of us but at present makes up the remaining 15% of our roles at any one time. We have FD’s available for an immediate start, reach out to us over a weekend and we can have someone ready to start work Monday morning, believe us, we’ve done that before!

Pitch Deck Creation – You’ll need a pitch deck to reach out to private equity houses, we offer FD’s with PE house experience on a day rate basis, and they can use their experience to create pitch decks that get results and raise the funds you are looking for.

Turnaround FD – Need help to rescue your business? Going through a period of business distress, our expert FD’s or CFO’s with Turnaround experience are here to help. We have successfully raised funds in adverse times when existing lenders have turned clients down.

E-Commerce FD – An FD with ecommerce experience. Having owned and run E-Commerce businesses themselves our E-Commerce specialists are ideally placed to help you grow your Saas or E-Commerce business. With a deep understanding of Google and online marketing our team offer a unique combination of Financial and Digital skills. As business is moving increasingly online having these skills available is a real benefit of working with FD Capital Recruitment.
